A Welsh city has been ranked in the top 10 cheapest cities to buy a house in the UK. Swansea came in at number four in MoneySuperMarket’s latest research, which looked at the cheapest cities to buy a family home in the UK .
In the Welsh city, the average price was found to be £175,000 .
The research also looked at the most expensive cities to buy a house – with London unsurprisingly coming out on top with an average price of £1,985,000.The study considered the average cost of a three-bedroom city centre house (up to a one-mile radius) for the 30 most populated UK cities.
