Pontarddulais

Progress is still being made on our future site off St Teilo Street, Pontarddulais with many enquiries already being logged for the properties especially for the eight detached bungalows that are to be built with names already held against some of the twelve detached traditional houses as well and we cannot wait to release full details shortly.

We are hoping to see a site start in Spring 2020 with a marketing partner to be appointed shortly to deal with initial enquiries. Properties should first be available for occupation towards the latter part of the year with 2021 seeing the site being finished.

667A Gower Road

This additional project has been added to the four property scheme that we will deliver in 2020 and will consist of a full refurbishment and modernisation of an existing 3-bed bungalow along with the construction of a new bungalow on a quiet, secluded south and west facing plot.

With quality bungalows in short supply we are looking forward to bringing to market two outstanding options that will offer easy bus access to Swansea and Gower for those wishing to ditch the car.
